Q1.Do you ship your items?

A.Yes. We offer free shipping for domestic orders.

Q2.Can I place an order over the phone?

A.We do not accept orders over the phone. If you wish to purchase our jewelry, but live in a distant from Ginza or Kyoto,  we will gladly assist you in finding a distributor nearby.

Q3.What payment methods do you accept?

A.We accept cash as well as most major credit cards.

Q4.Do I have to make an appointment?

A.No appointment is necessary although we recommend that you make an appointment on weekends.

Q5. Where can I buy your jewelry?

A. We have 24 distributors located from Hokkaido to Kyushu.  Please check our HP for more information.

Q6. Do you have a catalogue?

A. Yes. Please request for a catalogue from our contact page. You can also request for catalogue at your nearby distributor.
「カタログ請求」よりお申込みいただくと、ご指定の住所へカタログまたは写真をお届けいたします。カタログはメール便にてお送りいたしますので、少々お日にちがかかる場合がございます。年末年始・ゴールデンウィーク・夏季休暇など大型連休期間中のご注文は、連休明けの受け付けとさせていただきます。あらかじめご了承ください。 また、特約店にもカタログを常備しておりますので、お気軽にスタッフまでお申し付けください。

Q7. Can we buy the eternity ring as a wedding ring?

A. We have customers who buy the eternity ring as a wedding ring as well as engagement ring.
